A westbound Trinity Railway Express train leaves downtown Dallas in June 2003. The building in the background is the American Airlines Center, new home of the NBA Dallas Mavericks and the NHL Dallas Stars (when they aren't locked out). This spot is located approximately one mile northwest of Dallas Union Station. To reach this location from downtown, go north on I-35E, take the Oak Lawn exit and make a right. Immediately before the road goes under the tracks, make a right on Alamo St. and you're there.
