DGNO recently bid a contract to handle some of the express business that arrives in Dallas on
Amtrak's daily Texas Eagle trains. On a May 2000 afternoon, DGNO 4018 was at Dallas Union Station
awaiting the arrival of Amtrak train 22, the eastbound Texas Eagle from San Antonio.

Hottest train on the Dingo? DGNO 4018 has three Amtrak express boxcars in tow as it departs
downtown Dallas late on a May 2000 evening. For you out-of-towners, that's Dallas' famed Reunion
Tower in the background to the left.
