A mechanical worker climbs down from the cab of Coe Rail F7 416 at Grapevine, TX on January 6, 2000. A team of electricians and other mechanical workers were working on the Coe locomotives and cars, preparing them for service on the Texas Star Clipper dinner train later that month.
