This is a standard BNSF CTWC (Computerized Track Warrant Control) machine -- also known as a "Legacy" computer, consisting of two computer screens, a keyboard, and mouse.

There are two computer screens to the Legacy system : one which displays a graphic display (taking on the appearance of a standard train sheet -- with a vertical station column running down the middle of the screen, and westbound trains displayed to the left and eastbounds displayed to the right; and a second screen, the "working" screen from which the warrants are issued.
