The New York, Susquehanna & Western forwards freight traffic from the west to the eastern side of New Jersey. It utilizes Conrail from Binghamton, New York, to Warwick, New York. At Pelton Road, Warwick, the NYS&W enters its own trackage for the final part of the run. During this stretch, the NYS&W main line goes up and over Sparta Mountain. Here's a look at some of the variety between Warwick, New York, and Butler, New Jersey. |
