Although still standing, the stations at Rockingham Jct, NH are abandoned now.  And instead of tiny Moguls and open platform combines, Amtrak's Downeastr Service now whisks passengers between Boston and Portland.  Abd despite disagreements with Guilford over track speeds, passenger revenues are considerably ahead of forecasts.  As gasoline becomes more expensive and expresswayhs beclome more clogged, we will see more of the medium distance passenger train.
