CSX coal train N650 crosses the Richmond, VA viaduct on it's way to Fulton Yard.  The engines will switch sides in order to take the train to the Wheelwright, VA power plant.  "Tobacco Row", the now gentrified remnants of Richmond's tobacco industry is behind "the causeway".  A newly restored C&O Canal is in the foreground
