1998 Survey Questionnaire
This is the questionnaire that answer takers used to gather results from train riders/patrons for the WSDOT/Amtrak West/Elgin DDB survey. The report is courtesy of the Washington State Department of Transportation, and this report is temporarily hosted on this site for now.
If you want a hard copy of the report, please drop an email to WSDOT's Rail Office with your regular mailing (i.e. snail mail) address, and they will happy to send you a copy. Mention that you want the WSDOT/Amtrak West/Elgin DDB survey dated April 1998.
