Mr. Mallery will discuss Amtrak West service initiatives, the High Speed Rail Investment Act and the future of Amtrak in the west and nationwide.

Mr. Morrison will discuss Washington's rail passenger program and partnership with Amtrak. He will also provide us with the latest information on the transportation funding proposals before the Legislature.

Mr. Chilson will discuss the role of NARP's new regional vice presidents and seek feedback from the members on NARP's roles and functions.

Optional Walking Mini-tour: Upon arrival of train 750 at 11:17 a.m. from Portland, a tour of the Tacoma Dome transportation center under construction will be provided on the walk to the Ramada Inn.

Meeting time: Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. Luncheon at 12:00 p.m. Meeting 1:00 to 4:30 p.m.

A no-host bar will be available.

Early Registration Fee: $20 U.S. ($30 Canadian)

The registration fee includes the meal, room rental and other meeting expenses. For all registrations postmarked after March 22 please add a $5 surcharge to the above fee.
