    Decided that the TF&E needed a switcher so I started stripping down a low drivered Bachmann 4-6-0 into an 0-6-0.  this is the sacrificial lamb on the alter.

    Pretty much stripped it down to the bare mechanism.  I had to trim part of the weight off the front around the cylinder saddle, but I did retain the circuit board that held the headlight LED.  A piece of PVC waterpipe was cut to length and notch to fit down over the mechanism snugly.
