HO SCALE VS N SCALE
HO Scale is literally twice the size that N scale is.
I have made a rough drawing of the layout.
It will be made in modular sections, because:
Not too much detail.
The entire layout in HO scale would be 14'x12' with walkthroughs within the layout.
The entire layout in N scale would be 7'x6', without walkthroughs.
OR The entire layout in N scale at 14'x12' with walkthroughs and more detail.

How much detail you want DEPENDS on how you are willing to SPEND!
