item discription

The wood posts are made from sun bleached air dried weeds. In the winter to late spring most fences and rural areas are covered with suitable weeds to use as "hollow logs". I'm sure there are some places in the world that weeds don't grow, so if you live in one of them I suggest a vacation. Pick lots because they can be used for other scratch building supplies like lumber. Find a stem that has a hollow in it slightly larger than the light base and slide it on with a twisting motion from the bottom until you reach the LED leads. Slit the stem and finish pushing up until you cover the lamppost. Glue the slit closed with whiteglue and a small clamp.
