The Atlantic Coast Line Depot Railroad Historical Center is still growing in many ways. We hope to be able to tell the history of railroading in and around the Fayetteville area. Here are the key goals we have for the growth of our museum:

Display a real Caboose and maybe a Locomotive outside the station.
Lease the top floor and renovate the station to display larger model railroads  and larger historical items.
To be open every weekend for the pleasure of public and to remain free of charge.
Give the public a enjoyable time when they visit the center.

The Cape Fear Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society sponsers the museum with some support from The Museum of Cape Fear, City of Fayetteville, Amtrak and railroader's like you.
