- Novices are welcome, no experience necessary
- Full members are allowed access to club 24/7/365
- Dues ($30/month) includes a locker in a secured room
- Three month probationary period- After which, you must become a member of National Model Railway Association (NMRA)
- Full members must be 19 years of age- Junior members are permitted with adult supervision
