This ratty-looking 25-ton GE switch engine was photographed at the Producers Grain elevator -- now a ConAgra facility -- in Amarillo, Texas. The elevator is located east of the former BN (now BNSF) fueling facility at Eastern St. This photo was taken in April 1995; when I visited Amarillo in August 2000, the engine was no longer at this location.
