In April 1995, I photographed this ratty-looking GE 25-ton switch engine at a grain elevator along the Burlington Northern Red River Valley Sub main line on the east side of Amarillo, TX. The elevator -- which is now a ConAgra facility -- was still lettered for "Producers Grain". It is located east of the former BN fueling facility at Eastern St. When I visited Amarillo in August 2000, this engine was no longer at this location.
