Michael Tylick should be no stranger to the readers of Model Railroader magazine.  For over fifteen years, he has photographed and written numerous layout, construction, product review, and commercial features for Kalmbach and other publications.  For a complete bibliography of his work, please visit the Kalmbach hobby magazine index.  For most of his life, Michael has built models of all kinds, in all scales, with all types of materials.  In addition to kit assembly and mingling, he is capable of scratch building  from drawings, photographs, or just rough sketches.  In addition to numerous private hobbyists, Michael has lent his services to Railway Design Associates, Northeastern Scale Models, Fine Scale Miniatures, South River Model Works, William K Walthers, Clarke Dunham Studios, Bar Mills Model Works, Stephan Lamb Associates,  What Detail!, and several museums and historical societies.  He is perhaps the only model builder who has been endorsed by Fine Scale Miniatures, South River Model Works, Bar Mills Modelworks, and Railway Design Associates for assembly of their kits.  He looks forward to hearing your ideas and to building that special model for your collection
