American Refrigerated Transit (ART) cars like this one were commonly seen in the 1960's and were jointly owned/operated by MoPac and the Wabash. This one looks like it's been renumbered for the Texas & Pacific and is seen at North Little Rock, Arkansas in the 1970's.
