Comissioned Art

Train Painting

Santa Fe Engine at Sunset

Working closely with Mr. Sullivan's Son, the artist created this scene to commemorate Mr. Sullivan's railroad career. He usually made "night runs" and this depicts his train departing the crew change point of Waynoka, Oklahoma, heading into a summer sunset.

Pricing

Original artwork: Starting at $1300

If you elect to allow the sale of "Giclee" prints of my original artwork, pricing would start at $750.

The Giclee process produces a high quality print on archival paper.

Caricature Art: Starting at $400

Send a close-up photo of your child or friend’s face and I can paint him/her in a train, plane, truck, etc. Or I can paint them as an action figure.

Retirement Cards: Starting at $400

Do you have a friend who is retiring? My “retirement cards” have been a big hit. An 11 x 14 is a good size but I can make it any size and any Railroad. Also if you have a good close up picture of his/her face I can place them in the cab of the locomotive.

Photo Rendition: Starting at $400

Do you have a clear old photo of relative, house, etc? I can do a watercolor rendition.

National Railroad Museum Caricature: $125 plus shipping

Send me a close up of your child's face and I can place him/her in the cab of the Union Pacific steam locomotive. This is the same locomotive is on display at the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Bible Verse: $175

Does your pastor have a favorite bible verse? I can hand letter any wording you desire at the bottom of this picture.

My main theme involves railroads but I have done work for various industries and individuals to include trucks, planes and industrial buildings. I also do artwork from photographs so the sky is the limit.
