Northern Line Line Information Assistant

Line Information Assistants are a little known about grade, though at times of diruption it is often they that are making the broadcasts that you hear.
They communicate with the Controller (they are usually sat next to him) and with stations on the line.  It is their job to acquire and disseminate service information across the line.
